The service

iamclearbuilt is a goal-accountability tool that delivers twice-daily emails to help you stay committed to a single, specific goal. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links private. Access is granted via single-use magic links — do not forward them.

You must be 18 or older to use iamclearbuilt.

Subscription and billing

iamclearbuilt costs $9/month, billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Account page; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to circumvent billing, abuse the email system, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

The answers you provide during onboarding and your goal statement remain yours. We use them only to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim any ownership over what you write.

Disclaimer

iamclearbuilt is a productivity tool, not a mental health service or licensed counseling service. The onboarding questions are designed to help you clarify your goals — they are not a substitute for professional support. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

The service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about outcomes. Whether you hit your goal depends on you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify active subscribers by email before material changes take effect.
