Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address, the answers you provide during onboarding, your goal statement, your daily task list, and your yes/no check-in responses. We also store your timezone preference and Stripe billing identifiers.

We do not collect your name, location, or any information beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

How we use it

Your email is used to send you sign-in links and your twice-daily accountability emails. Your onboarding answers and goal are used solely to generate your goal statement and daily tasks. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics platforms, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you signed up for.

Who we share it with

We use the following third-party services to operate iamclearbuilt:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Resend — email delivery. Your email address and email content are transmitted through Resend to deliver your accountability emails.
• Anthropic — AI goal synthesis. Your Stage 3 onboarding answers are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your goal statement. They are not retained by Anthropic for training.
• Neon / Vercel — database and hosting infrastructure.

We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your account data remains stored unless you explicitly request deletion. To request deletion, email us at hello@iamclearbuilt.com.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication uses single-use, expiring magic links — no passwords are stored. Stripe action links in your emails are signed and single-use.
